Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. According to the procedure of maintaining the State register of burdenings of personal estate, No. 830 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 5, 2004 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2004 No. 27, Art. 1770; 2005 No. 34, Art. 2046; 2012 No. 67, Art. 2738 No. 90, Art. 3651):

Item 7 to add 1) with the subitem 5 of the following content:

"5) data on release mortgage or its absence (in case of carrying out state registration of pledge of air and ocean ships, inland navigation vessels, space objects).";

2) in Item 8:

to exclude paragraph two of subitem 3;

add Item with subitem 4-1 of the following content:
