1. Approve Changes to Regulations on provision of services on financial leasing by legal entities - subjects of managing who on the legal status are not financial institutions, to No. approved by the order of State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine of January 22, 2004 21, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 16, 2004 for No. 492/9091, which are applied.
2. To submit to department of regulation and supervision of finance companies together with legal department this order to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
