About introduction of amendments to some orders of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in connection with implementation of state registration of the material rights to real estate and their burdenings

1. Approve Changes to some orders of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in connection with implementation of state registration of the material rights to real estate and their burdenings which are applied.
2. To department of interaction with authorities (Zerkal O. V.) to provide provision of this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 03, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the director of the department of interaction with authorities Zerkal O. V.

1. 1.1. This Procedure determines the procedure of acceptance and consideration of the applications concerning modification of records, introduction of records about cancellation of state registration of the material rights to real estate and their burdenings (further - state registration of the rights) and cancellations of records (daleezayavleniye) of the State register of the material rights to real estate (further - the State register is right), the list of the documents necessary for modification of records, introduction of records about cancellation of state registration of the rights and cancellation of records of the State register of the rights, the rights and obligations of subjects who are participants of the specified procedure.
