1. Make change to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 29, 1999 No. 756 "About some questions of regulation of goods exchange (barter) transactions in industry of foreign economic activity" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1999, No. 18, Art. 781; 2001, No. 47, of the Art. 2070), having excluded item 4.

2. Recognize to invalid:

Items 3 and 5 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 29, 1999 No. 756 "About some questions of regulation of goods exchange (barter) transactions in industry of foreign economic activity" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1999, No. 18, the Art. 781);

the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 13, 1999 No. 1489 "About the Procedure for issue of one-time individual permission to exceeding of fixed terms of commodity importation (performance of works, provision of services) which are imported according to barter agreements" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1999, No. 33, by the Art. 1729);

the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 16, 2001 No. 1493 "About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2001, No. 47, the Art. 2070).

3. To the ministries, other central executive bodies to bring own regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution in a month.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.
