About some questions of regulation of goods exchange (barter) transactions in the field of foreign economic activity

In pursuance of articles 1 and 2 of the Law of Ukraine "On regulation of goods exchange (barter) transactions in the field of foreign economic activity" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

decides:

1. Approve inventories (works, services) with which use implementation of goods exchange (barter) transactions in the field of foreign economic activity is forbidden, according to appendices 1 and 2.

2. Determine that action of Item 1 of this resolution does not extend:

on goods exchange (barter) transactions which are performed by subjects of business activity according to contracts (agreements), the international treaties of Ukraine signed for realization and which subject of import part is the electric power, crude oil, gas and nuclear fuel;

on goods exchange (barter) transactions which parties are subjects of foreign economic activity and foreign business entities which registered as subjects of business activity in member countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States according to the legislation of these countries provided that in the course of carrying out the corresponding goods exchange (barter) transactions between these subjects the rule of direct shipment in case of implementation of export from the territory of Ukraine will be followed.
