About some questions of sale of property of the liquidated legal entity

1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for sale of property of the liquidated legal entity from the public biddings.

2. Make additions and changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

2.1. No. 32 is excluded according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 13.01.2023

Item 1 of the Regulations on procedure for holding auctions for sale of the right of the conclusion of lease agreements of capital structures (buildings, constructions), the isolated rooms, parking places, their parts which are in republican property, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of August 8, 2009 No. 1049 "About measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 7, 2009 No. 238" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 197, 5/30299; 2012, No. 72, 5/35876) to add with the offer of the following content: "Action of this provision does not extend to the relations selling property of the liquidated legal entity from the public biddings.";
