1. Approve Changes to the Procedure for consideration of the applications of foreigners and stateless persons about prolongation of term of stay in the territory of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of April 25, 2012 No. 363, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 16, 2012 for No. 778/21091, which are applied.

2. To provide to the public migratory service of Ukraine (Kovalchuk M. M.) submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the Chairman of the Public migratory service of Ukraine Kovalchuk M. M.

4. Send this order on accessory.

5. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
