About modification of appendix to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 22, 2008 No. 75

Bring in appendix to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 22, 2008 No. 75 "About approval of criteria of distribution of subjects of managing on risk degrees of their activities in industry of power industry and the sphere of heat supply and determination of frequency of implementation of actions of the state supervision (control)" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2008, No. 15, Art. 382; 2009, No. 79, the Art. 2676) changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to appendix to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 22, 2008 No. 75

1. In item 4:

The paragraph third subitem 1 to exclude 1);

Subitem 2 to add 2) with the paragraph of such content:

"economic activity on transfer and delivery of electrical energy the high-level and local (local) distribution networks;";

3) in subitem 3:
