About approval of the Standard regulations on crew of the emergency (fast) medical care
According to part three of article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "About the emergency medical care" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve Standard regulations on crew of the emergency (fast) medical care which are applied.
1-1. Determine that on January 1, 2025 for work in crews of the emergency (fast) medical care the specialists holding positions of paramedics on medicine of medical emergencies and nurses of the station of the emergency (fast) medical care shall have professional qualification "paraphysician".
1-2. Determine that since January 1, 2025 workers of crews of the emergency (fast) medical care, specialists who hold positions of drivers for work as a part of crew of paraphysicians shall have professional qualification "the emergency medical technician".
2. Determine that Items 5, of 6, of 7, 7-1 and 12 Standard regulations on crew of the emergency (fast) medical care, approved by this resolution, void since January 1, 2025.
