2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2013.

Standard regulations on the station of the emergency (fast) medical care

1. The station of the emergency (fast) medical care (further - the station) - health care institution, the basic task of which is ensuring permanent readiness of crews of the emergency (fast) medical care (further - crews) to provision of the emergency medical care in the round-the-clock mode and coordination of their activities with operational and dispatching service of the center of the emergency medical care and medicine of catastrophic crashes (further - the center) in the territory of administrative and territorial unit (The Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, Kiev and Sevastopol).

2. The station is the functional constituting system of the emergency medical care of the corresponding administrative and territorial unit.

3. The station in the activities is guided by the legislation of Ukraine, solutions of local executive bodies, orders MZ, structural divisions concerning health care of the local state administrations, the head of the center, the chief physician of the station, this Standard provision and other regulatory legal acts.
