1. Approve enclosed:
Rules of financial provision within budgetary appropriations of the federal budget of actions for development of service of blood;
Rules of transfer of the equipment on procurement, conversion, storage and safety of donor blood and its components, and also the computer and network equipment with licensed software to the federal state institutions providing medical care, to subordinated Federal Medical Biological Agency, the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation for implementation of actions on development of service of blood;
Rules of provision and distribution of subsidies from the federal budget to budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation on joint financing of payment commitments of the subjects of the Russian Federation connected with implementation of actions on development of service of blood;
Rules of provision and distribution of other interbudget transfers from the federal budget to budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation on financial provision of purchases of the computer and network equipment with licensed software for implementation of actions on development of service of blood;
the list of the federal state institutions providing medical care subordinated to Federal Medical Biological Agency, the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation for which equipment procurement on procurement, conversion, storage and safety of donor blood and its components, and also the computer and network equipment with licensed software is conducted.
