According to regulations of the Tax code of Ukraine, Item 3 of the Section II of the Law of Ukraine of November 04, 2011 "About introduction of amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine and some other legal acts of Ukraine concerning simplified taxation system, accounting and the reporting" and the subitem 64 of the item 4 Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 08, 2011 No. 446, I order to No. 4014-VI:

1. Recognize invalid orders of State Tax Administration of Ukraine:

of October 13, 1998 No. 477 "About approval of form of the Book of accounting of the income and expenses of small business entity - the legal entity and the Procedure for its maintaining", No. 689/3129 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 27, 1998;

of October 12, 1999 No. 554 "About modification of form of the Book of accounting of the income and expenses of small business entity - the legal entity and the Procedure for its maintaining", No. 713/4006 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 19, 1999.

2. Department of tax, customs policy and methodology of financial accounting of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine (Chmeruk M. O.), Department of the taxation of legal entities of the State Tax Administration of Ukraine (Pavelko L. G.) to provide in accordance with the established procedure:

provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Minister of Finance of Ukraine Myarkovsky A. I. and vice-chairman of the State Tax Administration of Ukraine Ignatov A. P.
