1. Declare invalid the order of the State committee of Ukraine concerning technical regulation and consumer policy of December 31, 2003 No. 279 "About approval of the Technical regulation on confirmation of conformity of safety of the equipment working under pressure", No. 704/9303 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 8, 2004.

2. Department of technical regulation to provide provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister of economic development and trade of Ukraine - the chief of staff of Pavlenko V. P.
