About some questions of forced towing (evacuation) of vehicles

For the purpose of enhancement of legal regulation of the relations in the field of forced towing (evacuation) of vehicles I decide:

1. The Item is excluded according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of 23.06.2023 No. 180

2. The Section "Regional Executive Committees and Minsk Gorispolkom" of appendix 1 to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 25, 2011 No. 72 "About some questions of price regulation (rates) in the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 26, 1/12374; 2012, 49, 1/13473) to add No. with the paragraph the ninth the following content:

"Works (service) in forced towing (evacuation), and also storage towed off (evacuated, delivered) the vehicle in the supervised parking".

3. To local executive and administrative organs in two-month time:

determine the state organizations which egresses and supervised parkings can be used in case of forced towing (evacuation, delivery) of vehicles;

approve rates for works (services) in forced towing (evacuation), and also storage towed off (evacuated, delivered) the vehicle in the supervised parking;

provide placement in mass media of data on the state organizations called in the paragraph the second this Item;

bring the decisions into accord with this Decree and take other measures for its realization.

4. This Decree becomes effective after its official publication.
