1. Recognize invalid:
the resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus of October 20, 2004 No. 34 "About approval of Safety rules in transit dangerous goods by rail on the territory of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2004, No. 175, 8/11640);
the resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus of December 19, 2007 No. 124 "About modification and amendments in Safety rules in transit dangerous goods by rail on the territory of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 28, 8/17878).
2. This resolution becomes effective since February 1, 2013.
