About some questions of certification and recertification of physical persons as interim (anti-recessionary) managers in proceeedings about economic insolvency (bankruptcy)

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for certification and recertification of physical persons on compliance to vocational requirements it (is applied).

2. Establish:

2.1. requirements imposed to experience of economic (entrepreneurial) activity of the interim (anti-recessionary) manager in proceeedings about economic insolvency (bankruptcy) (further - the managing director):

for receipt of the certificate of the interim (anti-recessionary) manager (далееаттестат the managing director) the category "A" needs experience of economic (entrepreneurial) activity more than three years;

receipt of the certificate of the managing director of category "B" requires experience of economic (entrepreneurial) activity as the head of the structural unit, the deputy manager of the legal entity, the head of the legal entity and (or) the managing director more than three years;

receipt of the certificate of the managing director of category "C" requires experience of economic (entrepreneurial) activity as the deputy manager of the legal entity, the head of the legal entity and (or) the managing director more than five years;

2.2. bases for cancellation of the certificate of the managing director:

expiration of the certificate of the managing director;
