About issue and assurance of copies of the documents concerning the rights and (or) legitimate interests of citizens, including individual entrepreneurs, and legal entities

Based on part two of article 35 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 23, 2008 "About Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 424-Z

1. Legal entities, if other is not provided by acts of the legislation:

1.1. issue copies of the documents proceeding from them to the citizens who addressed them, including individual entrepreneurs, and legal entities (further if other is not established, – the addressed person) or to their representatives if such copies are necessary for the solution of the questions concerning the rights and (or) legitimate interests of the addressed persons, except for copies of the outgoing documents relating to correspondence of state bodies in case of accomplishment by them of functions, assigned to them by regulatory legal acts.

The data confirming availability in this document of information which is directly concerning the specific rights and (or) legitimate interests of the addressed person shall be specified in the statement of the addressed person (his representative) for issue of the copy of the document;

1.2. issue to the addressed persons (their representatives) necessary for the solution of the questions concerning the rights and (or) legitimate interests of the addressed persons, the copy of the documents of other legal entities which are available for them from which directly it is impossible to receive copies of these documents (in connection with liquidation of the legal entity, loss of the document and another).

The reasons for which receipt of the copy of the document from other legal entity is impossible shall be specified in the statement of the addressed person (his representative) for issue of the copy of the document. In case of refusal other legal entity from issue of the copy of the document the document (or its copy), confirmatory refusal shall be enclosed to the application;
