About approval of form of the inspection statement which is constituted by results of implementation of actions of the state supervision (control) of activities of customs brokers, and introduction of amendments to the Order of the State Customs Service of Ukraine of November 30, 2009 No. 1142

1. Approve form of the inspection statement which is constituted by results of implementation of actions of the state supervision (control) of activities of customs brokers which are applied.

2. Bring in the Procedure for control of observance by licensees of Licensed conditions of carrying out intermediary activities of the customs broker approved by the order of the State Customs Service of Ukraine of November 30, 2009 No. 1142, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 24, 2009 for No. 1243/17259, such changes:

in Item 6.1 of Chapter 6 of the word and figures" (appendix 4 to this Procedure)" to exclude;

to exclude appendix 4 to this Procedure.

With respect thereto to consider appendices 5 and 6 respectively appendices 4 and 5.

3. (Chmeruk M. O.) and to Department of the organization of customs control and registration of the State Customs Service of Ukraine (Syomk S. M.) in accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of tax, customs policy and methodology of financial accounting of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine:

submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.
