About approval of samples of registration certificates of public association as public organization or public union and about accreditation of separate division of foreign non-governmental organization

According to part eleven of Article 12 and part six of article 20 of the Law of Ukraine "About public associations" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve samples of certificates about:

registration of public association as public organization or public union according to appendix 1;

accreditations of separate division of foreign non-governmental organization according to appendix 2.

2. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.

3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2013.
