1. Approve the Order of registration of the residence and place of stay of physical persons in Ukraine and samples of documents necessary for this purpose which is applied.

2. To the public migratory service of Ukraine (Kovalchuk M. M.):

organize studying of this Procedure by employees of bodies of the Public migratory service of Ukraine and provide steady observance of its requirements;

provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of April 13, 2012 No. 321 "About approval of the Instruction for conducting registration accounting of the residence and the place of stay of physical persons in Ukraine by bodies of the Public migratory service of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 22, 2012 for No. 1046/21358.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the Chairman of the Public migratory service of Ukraine Kovalchuk M. M.

Order of registration of the residence and place of stay of physical persons in Ukraine and samples of documents necessary for this purpose

І. General provisions

1.1. This Procedure is developed according to the Laws of Ukraine "About freedom of travel and the free choice of the residence in Ukraine", "About general conscription and military service" and determines the procedure of registration of the residence and place of stay of persons in Ukraine, samples of the documents necessary for registration and removal from registration of the residence and place of stay.

1.2. Registration of the residence or place of stay of person - entering of information into the Unified state demographic register on the residence or the place of stay of person with indication of the address to which with person official correspondence or delivery of official mail can be conducted.

Place of residence and the place of stay of person is brought in the passport of the citizen of Ukraine, the temporary certificate of the citizen of Ukraine, type of permanent residence, type of temporary residence, the certificate of the refugee, the identity certificate which needs additional protection, the identity certificate to which temporary protection is provided (further - the passport document), the certificate of the request for protection in Ukraine.

1.3. Registration/removal from registration of the place of residence/stay is performed by managements, departments (sectors) of the Public migratory service of Ukraine (further - GMS of Ukraine) in areas, areas in the cities, the cities of regional, republican (Autonomous Republic of Crimea) value (further - the GMS territorial subdivision of Ukraine) in day of submission of documents by person. Registration of the residence of person can be performed with simultaneous removal from registration of the previous residence.

1.4. Registration/removal from registration of the place of residence/stay of persons who live or are in specialized social agencies, institutions of social servicing and social protection (further - institution/organization), it is performed by the GMS territorial subdivision of Ukraine in interaction with institution/organization according to the territory of servicing of the GMS territorial subdivision of Ukraine.
