About registration of symbolics of public association

According to article 18 of the Law of Ukraine "About public associations" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Order of registration of symbolics of public association which is applied.

2. Determine that:

The amount of payment for registration of symbolics constitutes 1):

four tax-free minima of the income of citizens - for public associations, except public associations of disabled people and persons which suffered as a result of the Chernobyl accident;

two tax-free minima of the income of citizens - for public associations of disabled people and persons which suffered as a result of the Chernobyl accident;

2) the amount of payment for issue of the duplicate of the registration certificate of symbolics to public association in connection with its loss, replacement of the registration certificate of symbolics in connection with damage constitutes 50 percent of payment for registration of symbolics of public association.

Youth and children's public associations are exempted from payment for registration of symbolics;

3) the payment for registration of symbolics of public association, and also for issue of the duplicate of the registration certificate of symbolics to public association in connection with its loss, replacement of the registration certificate of symbolics in connection with damage is enlisted in the government budget.

3. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.

4. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2013.
