About modification of the Regulations on order of registration of private notarial activities and substitution of the private notary approved by the Order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of March 22, 2011 No. 871/5

1. Bring in the Regulations on order of registration of private notarial activities and substitution of the private notary approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of March 22, 2011 No. 871/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 23, 2011 for No. 388/19126, such changes:

1.1. In the Section I:

1.1.1. In Item 1.2:

to exclude paragraphs of the fifth, sixth.

With respect thereto the seventh or tenth to consider paragraphs respectively paragraphs the fifth or eighth;
