About modification of the Procedure for conducting checks of compliance with law condition by judicial authorities about state registration of regulatory legal acts

According to the subitem 11 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 06, 2011 No. 395, I ORDER:

1. Make changes to appendix 2 to the Procedure for conducting checks of compliance with law condition by judicial authorities about state registration of regulatory legal acts approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of January 19, 2012 to No. 93/5, registered on January 19, 2012 for No. 67/20380, having been reworded as follows it which is applied the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

2. To chiefs of head departments of justice of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, in areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol, district, district in the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol, gorrayonny and interdistrict justice departments to provide steady accomplishment of this order.

3. To department of registration and systematization of regulations, right educational activities (Iron ore N. And.) provide state registration of this order in the procedure established by the legislation.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister of justice - the chief of staff of Sedov A. Yu.
