About introduction of amendments to the Law of Turkmenistan "About operational search activities"

Bring in the Law of Turkmenistan "About operational search activities", adopted on September 23, 1994 (Sheets of Majlis of Turkmenistan, 1994, No. 3, Art. 21; 1997, No. 4, Art. 48; 2003, No. 2, Art. 10; 2008, No. 2, Art. 24; 2009, No. 2, Art. 25; 2010, No. 1, Art. 2; 2011, No. 1, Art. 21), following changes:

1. In state language of Turkmenistan to state the name in the following edition:

"Dessin-agtarys isleri hakynda".

2. In the text in state language of Turkmenistan of the word "operatiw", "operatiw-agtary", "operatiw-gulluk" and "operatiw-barlag" to replace respectively with the words "dessin", "dessinagtary", "dessin-gulluk" and "dessin-barlag".

3. 7 parts one of Article 5 to state Item in the following edition:

"7) bodies of Public service of Turkmenistan for protection of safety of healthy society.".

II. This Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
