About some questions of licensing of activities for rendering services in warehouse activities with issue of grain receipts

Recognize invalid:

1) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 5, 2007 No. 769 "About approval of the qualification requirements imposed to activities for rendering services in warehouse activities with issue of grain receipts" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2007, No. 33, the Art. 365);
