in the nomenclature of goods (works, services) which are purchased from domestic potential suppliers, approved by the specified resolution:

16) to state the subitem in the following edition:

add with subitems 17) and 18) of the following content:
"17) services in provision of transponders of the Ku-range of frequencies of spacecrafts of social and economic appointment;
18) the communication services and (or) TV and radio broadcasting providing application of the fixed satellite communication in the Ku-range of frequencies with use of the space KazSat communication system of social and economic appointment.".
2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2013 and is subject to official publication.
