The state companies, legal entities, fifty and more percent of voting shares (shares in the authorized capital) which belong to the state, performing purchase of goods, works, services according to the Law, when implementing public procurements of the goods included in the list of the separate types of the goods made by domestic producers and acquired at them, determined by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also works, the services specified in the nomenclature carry out public procurements in the procedure established by the legislation among domestic producers and domestic suppliers of works, the services included in the database of goods, works and services and their suppliers of 100 percent from the total amount of purchases of these goods, works and services.

3. Organizers of public procurements when carrying out public procurements of the goods included in the list of the separate types of the goods made by domestic producers and acquired at them, determined by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and (or) works, the services containing in the nomenclature:
