1. Approve the Procedure for access for the state contractors to the State register of the corporeal rights to real estate which is applied.
2. (Zerkal O. V.) to provide to department of interaction with authorities submission of this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 03.10.92 No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".
3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the director of the department of interaction with authorities Zerkal O. V.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
