1. Take into consideration Information on condition of processes of integration of transport complexes of state members of EurAsEC and the Report for work of Council for transport policy under Integration Committee of EurAsEC in 2002 (are applied).
2. Determine priority tasks of Council for transport policy for the period till 2005:
- taking measures to decrease in level of transport component in the price of the transported loads;
- providing favorable conditions for implementation of international carriages of passengers and loads;
- effective use of opportunities of the international transport corridors passing through the territories of gosudarstvchlen of EurAsEC.
