About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic

(as amended on 04-09-2022)

For the purpose of reduction of decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in compliance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of 02.12.2015 No. 819

2. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of 22.05.2014 No. 271

3. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Ministry of Defence and General staff of Armed Forces of the Kyrgyz Republic" of May 26, 2012 No. 321 the following change:

to declare the subitem 7 of Item 10 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Defence of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution invalid.

4. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the State agency on construction and regional development under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of February 20, 2012 No. 126 the following change:

in the paragraph the twenty fourth Item 10 of the Regulations on the State agency on construction and regional development under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution, words "matching and placement of personnel" to exclude.
