About modification of the List of products which are subject to obligatory certification in Ukraine

According to Item 2 of the Section VII "Final provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About confirmation of conformity", article 14 of the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 10, 1993 "About standardization and certification" and the Regulations on the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of May 31, 2011 No. 634, for the purpose of introduction of assessment of conformity of products according to technical regulations I ORDER to No. 46-93:

1. Bring in the List of products which are subject to obligatory certification in Ukraine, No. approved by the order of the State committee of Ukraine concerning technical regulation and consumer policy of February 01, 2005 28, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 04, 2005 for No. 466/10746 (with changes), such changes:

1.1. Exclude the Section 16 "Means of communication".

1.2. In the Section 17 "Ware from Ferrous and Non-ferrous Metals, Porcelain, Faience and Glass" to exclude the Item 17.1 "Ware Steel Enameled" and the Item 17.4 "Ware Economic Pig-iron Enameled".

1.3. In the Section 25 "Light industrial goods":

in the Item 25.1 "Products and Cloths Knitted Linen for Children" in column 1 of the word "and cloths" to exclude;

exclude the Item 25.6 "Fabrics Cotton and Mixed for Linen Products of Children's Assortment".

1.4. Exclude the Section 36 "Products Pyrotechnic Household".

2. To provide to department of technical regulation submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
