About establishment of the period of legalization of money
According to article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About granting of amnesty of citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan in connection with legalization of money by them" I decide:
1. Establish the period of legalization of money of citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan from April 1 to June 10, 2003 inclusive.
2. To National Bank of Tajikistan,
- Approve and in accordance with the established procedure to register procedure for opening and introduction of bank accounts of citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan on which dolgolizuyemy money is enlisted in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan;
- Together with authorized banks to take measures for free and free introduction by citizens of the money legalized by them;
- Together with executive bodies on places (Hukumatami), the ministries and departments to take measures for explanation and bringing to data of the population content of the provisions of the law of the Republic of Tajikistan About granting of amnesty of citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan in connection with legalization of money by them.
3. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
