1. Approve the enclosed list of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning banking regulation to which changes and additions are made (further - the List).

2. Recognize to invalid:

1) the resolution of Board of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and supervision of the financial market and the financial organizations of September 2, 2008 No. 140 "About the minimum sizes of authorized and own capitals of banks of the second level" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 5339, published on November 15, 2008 in the Collection of acts of the central executive and other central state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 11);

2) the resolution of Board of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and supervision of the financial market and the financial organizations of May 26, 2009 No. 104 "About modification of the resolution of Board of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and supervision of the financial market and the financial organizations of September 2, 2008 No. 140 "About the minimum sizes of authorized and own capitals of banks of the second level" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 5713);
