According to item 4 of article 84 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 13, 2012 "About special state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of transfer, realization, utilization and write-off of property, and also provision in property employment (lease) of real estate of special state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules of transfer, realization, utilization and write-off of property, and also provision in property employment (lease) of real estate of special state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – Rules) are developed according to item 4 of article 84 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About special state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and determine procedure for transfer, realization, utilization and write-off of property, and also provision in property employment (lease) of real estate of special state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – special state bodies).

2. The property of special state bodies is republican and is on the right of operational management of special state bodies.
