1. Determine that the Fund of pension and social insurance of the Russian Federation performs identification and check of authenticity of the signature of the insured persons which gave to territorial authority of Fund of pension and social insurance of the Russian Federation:
a) with use of information and telecommunication networks, access to which is not limited by certain group of people, including the federal state information system "Single Portal of the State and Municipal Services (Functions)", the following statements in the form of the electronic documents signed by the strengthened qualified digital signature:
about the choice of investment portfolio (managing company);
about the voluntary introduction in legal relationship on mandatory pension insurance for the purpose of payment of additional insurance premiums for funded pension;
b) with use of the federal state information system "Single Portal of the State and Municipal Services (Functions)" the following statements (notifications) in the form of the electronic documents signed by the strengthened qualified digital signature:
about transition from Fund of pension and social insurance of the Russian Federation to the non-state pension fund performing activities for mandatory pension insurance;
about transition to Fund of pension and social insurance of the Russian Federation from the non-state pension fund performing activities for mandatory pension insurance;
