For the purpose of implementation of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About granting of amnesty of citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan in connection with legalization of money by them" and creating favorable conditions for attraction of the capitals of citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan in national economy the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:
Exempt from June 1 to December 31, 2003 citizens and legal entities of residents of the Republic of Tajikistan whose money is legalized, from payment of the state turnovers on the following transactions:
- collection for provision of the patent to physical persons in case of business activity.
- collection for state registration of legal entities:
- collection for provision of licenses:
- collection for provision of housing orders, allocation of the parcel of land under
- construction of housing, giving, garage:
- collection for the transactions made at the exchange.
