The persons performing deliveries of the resources necessary for provision of utilities as of December 1, 2012, and (or) rendering utilities in apartment and apartment houses or services (work) on content and repair of common property of owners of rooms in apartment houses shall provide till March 1, 2013 to local government bodies lists of houses for which delivery of the resources necessary for provision of utilities and (or) in which provision of utilities, rendering services (performance of works) in content and repair of common property of owners of rooms in apartment houses, with indication of services (works, resources) delivered to each house is performed is performed.
