1. Reorganize the affiliated state enterprise "Kazakhavtodor-Kokshetau" of the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining Kazakhavtodor of Committee of highways of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan by transformation to Kazavtozhol joint-stock company (further - society) with absolute participation of the state in the authorized capital.

2. Determine the main object of activity of society implementation of road activities.

3. To committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) to provide approval of the charter of society and its state registration in judicial authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) to transfer to the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan right of possession and uses of the state block of shares of society;

3) to take other measures following from this resolution.

4. Approve the enclosed additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
