About some questions of licensing of activities in the field of use of space
According to subitems 2) and 3) of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 11, 2007 "About licensing" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Approve the enclosed qualification requirements and the list of the documents confirming compliance to them for implementation of activities in the field of use of space.
2. Determine the licensor by implementation of activities in the field of use of space the National Space Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. Recognize invalid:
1) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 29, 2007 No. 1395 "About approval of the qualification requirements imposed to activities in the field of use of space" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2007, No. 51, the Art. 643);
2) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 11, 2012 No. 22 "About modification of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 29, 2007 No. 1395 "About approval of Rules of licensing and the qualification requirements imposed to activities in the field of use of space" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2012, No. 22, the Art. 310).
4. This resolution becomes effective after twenty one calendar days after the first official publication.
