For the purpose of implementation of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 11, 2007 "About licensing" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Approve enclosed:
1) No. 22 Is excluded according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 11.01.2012
2) the qualification requirements imposed to activities in the field of use of space.
2. Recognize to invalid:
1) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 21, 2000 No. 431 "About approval of Rules of the issue of licenses for activities connected with use of space by legal entities and physical persons";
2) Item 5 of Changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 28, 2004 No. 1111 "Questions of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2004, No. 40, the Art. 522);
3) Item 7 of Changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 29, 2007 No. 438 "Questions of National space agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2007, No. 17, the Art. 191).
3. This resolution becomes effective after twenty-one-day term after official publication.
