1. These rules establish procedure for forming and maintaining the federal state information system "Monitoring of Licensing of Separate Types of Activity" (further - system).
2. The organization of forming and maintaining system is performed by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation (further - the operator of system).
3. Owner of information containing in system is the Russian Federation. On behalf of the Russian Federation competences of the owner of information containing in system are performed by the operator of system.
4. For the purpose of forming and maintaining system the operator of system provides implementation of the following events:
a) technical functioning of system;
b) coordination of activities of the bodies performing entering of data into system;
c) safe storage and use of the data containing in system;
d) the automated processing of the data containing in system;
e) access to the data containing in system;
