2. To the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation:

a) provide inclusion of data of the federal state information system "Monitoring of Activities of Control Supervisory Authorities" and the federal state information system "Monitoring of Licensing of Separate Types of Activity" in the state automated information system "Management" till November 1, 2015;

b) complete operation of the federal state information system "Monitoring of Activities of Control Supervisory Authorities" and the federal state information system "Monitoring of Licensing of Separate Types of Activity" till December 1, 2015.

3. To Federal State Statistics Service in representation of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation to bring forms of federal statistical observation into accord with this resolution.

4. Recommend to the supreme executive bodies of the government of subjects of the Russian Federation and local government bodies:

a) organize work on submission of reports on implementation of the state control (supervision), municipal control in the corresponding fields of activity, about efficiency of such control, the provided part 5 of article 7 of the Federal law "About Protection of the Rights of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs when Implementing the State Control (Supervision) and Municipal Control", and also the reports on licensing, on efficiency of such licensing provided by part 15 of article 19 of the Federal law "About Licensing of Separate Types of Activity", by means of the state automated information system "Management";
