1. To the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation:

a) distribute:

b) determine procedure of payments of amounts of the tariff quotas approved by the decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of November 20, 2012 N 229 concerning beef, pork, pork trimming and parts of carcasses of poultry for the purpose of their distribution between participants of foreign trade activity;

c) represent to the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation data on the amounts of beef, pork, pork trimming and parts of carcasses of poultry distributed between participants of foreign trade activity according to the subitem "an" of this Item.

2. To the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation to perform from December 27, 2012 to December 31, 2013 inclusive issue of licenses to participants of foreign trade activity for import of beef, pork, pork trimming and parts of carcasses of poultry within amounts of the tariff quotas distributed according to Item 1 of this resolution.

3. The decision on issue of licenses for import of beef, pork, pork trimming and parts of carcasses of poultry or on refusal in their issue is accepted by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation within 5 working days from the date of submission in accordance with the established procedure of the corresponding statement of the participant of foreign trade activity.

Effective period of the specified licenses is established from January 1 to December 31, 2013 inclusive.

4. Represent to the Federal Customs Service to the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation:

a) till March 1, 2013 the list of the participants of foreign trade activity importing beef, pork or bird according to customs procedure of release for internal consumption from January 1 to December 31, 2012, except for the beef, pork or the bird occurring and imported from the State Parties of the CIS;

b) since January, 2013, not later than in 39 days after the termination of each month under report, - data on the amounts of beef, pork or bird imported on the territory of the Russian Federation in month under report;

c) till November 10, 2013 - the list of the participants of foreign trade activity importing beef, pork or bird according to customs procedure of release for internal consumption from January 1 to September 30, 2013, except for the beef, pork or the bird occurring and imported from the State Parties of the CIS.

5. This resolution extends to the legal relationship which arose from the date of entry into force of the decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of November 20, 2012 N 229.
