About enhancement of system of establishment and check of passing of Frontier of the Republic of Belarus
For the purpose of enhancement of system of establishment and check of passing of Frontier of the Republic of Belarus I decide:
1. Form the Commission on delimitation, demarcation and check of passing of Frontier of the Republic of Belarus.
2. Approve enclosed:
Regulations on the Commission on delimitation, demarcation and check of passing of Frontier of the Republic of Belarus and its structure.
3. Determine that:
3.1. foreign policy ensuring delimitation, demarcation and check of passing of Frontier of the Republic of Belarus is performed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs;
3.2. carrying out the land management, land and cartographic works necessary for implementation of delimitation, demarcation and check of passing of Frontier of the Republic of Belarus is provided with the State committee on property.
4. To state bodies and other organizations to render assistance to the representative of the Republic of Belarus concerning delimitation, demarcation and check of passing of Frontier of the Republic of Belarus and the Commission on delimitation, demarcation and check of passing of Frontier of the Republic of Belarus in accomplishment of the tasks assigned to them according to this Decree.
5. Bring in the Regulations on the State boundary committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of September 25, 2007 No. 448 "About some questions of bodies of the border service" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 235, 1/8939), the following amendments and change:
5.1. add Item 8 with subitem 8.8-1 of the following content:
