1. To the Ministry of Agriculture and Food:

1.1. perform distribution:

from January 1 to August 1, 2013 100 percent of the tariff quotas on import to the territory of the Republic of Belarus of pork fresh, cooled or refrigerated, pork trimming, classified according to the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union by codes 0203, 0203 29 550 2 and 0203 29 900 2 (further - pork), the refrigerated rolled meat of dunghill hens classified according to the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union by code 0207 14 100 1, the refrigerated rolled meat of turkeys, the refrigerated not rolled parts of carcasses of the turkeys classified according to the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union by codes 0207 27 100 1, 0207 27 300 1, 0207 27 400 1, 0207 27 600 1 and 0207 27 700 1 (further - fowl), between legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, registered in the territory of areas and Minsk and told regional executive committees the need for use of the tariff quotas for own production * (further - participants of foreign trade activity), in proportion to the declared amounts on import of pork and fowl;
