About some questions of the public technical service

The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Rename the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The center of technical maintenance and analysis in the field of telecommunications" of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan into the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The public technical service" of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the company).

2. Determine the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan authorized body by management of the corresponding industry (sphere) of public administration concerning the company.

3. To provide to the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) submission on approval to Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of corresponding changes and amendments in the charter of the company;

2) the state re-registration of the company in judicial authorities;

3) acceptance of other measures following from this resolution.

4. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. Recognize invalid:

1) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 31, 2009 No. 2324 "About authorized organization in the field of informatization of the Republic of Kazakhstan";

2) Item of 10 changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, No. 427 "Questions of the Ministry of Communications and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 18, 2010 (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2010, No. 34, by the Art. 268).
