About modification and amendments in article 23 of the Law on compensation No. 847-XV of February 14, 2002
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In article 23 of the Law on compensation No. 847-XV of February 14, 2002 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2002, No. 50-52, of the Art. 336), with subsequent changes, to make the following change and addition:
part (to state 2) in the following edition:

add Article with part (4) the following content:
"(4) the Size of annual bonus and other annual payments for heads of the companies specified in part (1), six official pay rates a year, depending on positive annual financial and economic results cannot exceed in the amount.".
Art. II. - To the government in three-months time to bring the regulations into accord with this law.
