1. Approve such which are applied:

2. To department of notariate, bankruptcy and functioning of the central zaveritelny body (Chizhmar K. I.):

2.1. Within six months from the date of entry into force of the Law of Ukraine of December 22, 2011 "About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About renewal of solvency of the debtor or recognition by his bankrupt" to replace with No. 4212-VI free of charge based on the statement of the arbitration manager (the manager of the property managing sanitation, the liquidator) the license for the right of implementation of activities of the arbitration manager (the manager of the property managing sanitation, the liquidator) existing on the date of entry into force of this Law on condition of its compliance to requirements, the established Law of Ukraine "About licensing of certain types of economic activity" and Licensed conditions of conducting economic activity of arbitration managers (managers of property, managing directors of sanitation, liquidators), approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of October 14, 2011 No. 3176/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 17, 2011 for No. 1196/19934, on the certificate on the right to implementation of activities of the arbitration manager (the manager of the property managing sanitation, the liquidator).

2.2. Provide this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 03, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".

I.) perform material logistics of accomplishment by Department of notariate, bankruptcy and functioning of the central zaveritelny body (Chizhmar K. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication, but not earlier than day of entry into force of the Law of Ukraine of December 22, 2011 No. 4212-VI "About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About renewal of solvency of the debtor or recognition by his bankrupt".

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the director of the department of notariate, bankruptcy and functioning of the central zaveritelny body Chizhmar K. I.
