About approval of forms of tax declarations of collection for special use of water

According to Item 46.5 of Article 46 of Chapter 2 of the Section ІІ, the Section XVI of the Tax code of Ukraine and the subitem 64 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 08, 2011 No. 446, I ORDER:

1. Approve form of the Tax declaration of collection: for special use of surface and underground water; for special use of surface water by thermal power plants with direct-flow water supply system; for special use of surface and underground water by the housing-and-municipal companies; for special use of water which is only part of drinks; for special use of surface and underground water for requirements of fish breeding; for special use of career, mine, drainage water which is applied.

2. Approve form of the Tax declaration of collection for special use of water for requirements of hydropower which is applied.

3. Approve form of the Tax declaration of collection for special use of surface water for requirements of water transport (except sea water transport which uses the river waterway only for calling from the sea the seaport located in the lower reach of the river without use of special measures of ensuring navigation parking both office auxiliary vessels, and operation of waterways of the Danube River) which is applied.
