According to Item 46.5 of Article 46 of the Section II and subitem 265.7.5 of Item 265.7 of Article 265 of the Section XII of the Tax code of Ukraine I ORDER:

1. Approve form of the Tax declaration on the non-personal tax, different from the parcel of land which is applied.

2. To department of tax, customs policy and methodology of financial accounting of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine (Chmeruk M. O.) and to Department of the taxation of legal entities of the State Tax Administration of Ukraine (Pavelko L. G.) in accordance with the established procedure:

submit this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

provide promulgation of this order.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Minister of Finance of Ukraine Myarkovsky A. I. and vice-chairman of the State Tax Administration of Ukraine Ignatov A. P.
